The book you will be selling is a new and unique concept. A personalised tale of the everyday activities in Pre-school; starring all the children and staff as the main characters with their names and photos. More about the book here: http://www.saronti.com/nurseries/nurseries.html

In joining our fast expending sales team, your task will be to develop a strong relationship with preschools by offering them a free personalised book for each class. Each book produced is given FREE to the preschool and is then available for sale to the parents (When parents see their child in the book, most of them want to buy a copy).

You are:

- Well spoken / Fluent English speakers
- Self-driven / reliable
- With good written skills as a lot of the communication will also be done by email.
- Comfortable with spreadsheets, emails and the web in general
- Extremely organised
- Previous experience of telesales and working from home

Remuneration:

We are new, we’re just starting with little investment so we are looking for someone highly motivated and self-driven who is looking to create their own position as part of the sales team. At the moment, we can offer a commission on sales of 20% per book (£3/book) + we will pay for the calls.

On average, a free class book generates sales to 15 parents. That would earn you around £45 per free book offer. Sign up 2 schools a day and you can make yourself a decent wage. It will take a lot of chasing but in most cases, preschools you sign up one year will want to renew the next! Once you bring in enough sales, we’ll be happy to offer part or full time position or a basic + commission; whatever you prefer.

On average, a free team book generates sales to 70% parents; so with on average 6 to 8 teams per club, that would earn you between £144 to £192 per club. Sign up a couple of clubs a week and you could make yourself a decent wage. It will take a lot of chasing but in most cases, clubs you sign up one year will want to renew the next! Once you bring in enough sales, we’ll be happy to offer part or full time position or a basic + commission; whatever you prefer.

Robin Houghton (eggboxrobin) is the blog-daddy (or mummy?) with occasional contributions from special guest contributor.

She is a director of Eggbox, an online marketing agency based Lewes, East Sussex, UK. She was Nike’s first UK Women’s Marketing Manager and spent ten years in product marketing and communications for both Nike and adidas international. What a great idea! I’ve seen books that are personalised for a child before, but never one that includes the whole family!

With Saronti you can include up to 7 people, and each one is an integral part of the story. From lion taming to elephant riding, your family can have an amazing and very funny adventure.
